Don't misuse this site: no scraping or bulk data extraction, and no false or malicious submissions through the contact form.

Submitting an inquiry does not create a binding agreement or guarantee of engagement. Any production or consultancy relationship with Office Clothing Limited is governed by a separate, signed agreement.

When you submit an inquiry, we receive your name, email address, message, and any optional phone number, project details, reference link, or attachment you provide.

2. How We Use It

Information submitted is used solely to respond to your inquiry and evaluate a potential engagement with Office Clothing Limited.

3. Legal Basis

We process this information on the basis of your consent in submitting it, and our legitimate interest in responding to business inquiries.

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell your information. We use FormSubmit to process inquiries and attachments and deliver them to OCL's email inbox. See FormSubmit's privacy policy for information about its processing.

5. Storage & Retention

OCL retains inquiry emails and attachments only as long as needed to respond to your inquiry and evaluate a potential engagement. FormSubmit states that it retains submission records for 30 days and does not retain uploaded files in its submission archive.

6. Where Your Information Is Held

OCL is registered in Hong Kong, with design and production operations in Guangzhou, China. Inquiries are processed by FormSubmit and delivered to OCL's email service. These service providers may process information outside your country.
